In order to find out the answers to the research questions, secondary qualitative research design has been selected.
The relationship between different variables such as employee growth, narcissist behaviour, organisational performance, and work climate is to be evaluated within the workplace. For the purpose of a study, the primary qualitative design is not, suitable i.e. surveys, questionnaires, focus groups etc.
due to the biases that can be observed in the sesult of the direct response from the narcissist employees.
It has been observed that the narcissist behaviour predicts bullying and exploitation in the workplace and is a hindrance to citizenship culture.
