Organizations incur financial losses due to turnover, resignations, and transfer represented in the cost of replacing an experienced employee with an employee who is likely with less experience, skill, and efficiency which costs the organization time, effort, and costs for training, understanding, and mastering the mechanisms of work environment, especially in the sensitive healthcare sector and for this scarce segment of nursing employees who have shortage due to noticeable turnover and global demand for the owners of this profitable profession for nursing employees who have luxury and freedom of choice, especially In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All studies agree globally that factors of employees' retention, quality of services, and life for both employees and employers are common in light of the rapid changes and developments with some minor differences according to several factors summarized because of the nature of an employee, sector, specialization, culture, and work environment.
