نبذة نيل وفرات:The Commercial Law regulates the commercial activities. These can be defined as activities of production, circulation and services, characterized by a capitalist process of production wherein products are intended to marketing with a view to realize profits through the turnover of capital.
As a matter of principle all ...forms at land exploitation, like agriculture, raising animals hunting and fishing are excluded from the scope of the Commercial Law, except for some particular cases expressively considered by the law as commercial activities.
