نبذة الناشر:This study will analyze Iran's political, economic and social development in the Khatami era. It will also review Iran's security policies and threat perceptions on the eve of a possible US attack on Iraq. It will seek to demonstrate that, even though the so-called "reformers" and "conservatives" in Iran differ ...on many international political issues, there have until now been common threads in their views of the world, their perceptions of the threat Iran faces, and their views on the ways to deal with that threat. The study will then outline some thoughts on what the coming conflict in iraq and the wider "war against terrorism" many protend for Iran's security policies and international political dynamics.
