نبذة الناشر:lKen Riddle was born Tulsa Oklahoma USA and grew up in the tall grass prairie around the region where he spent a great deal of time in the outdoors. He became interested in falconry in grade school and has been a passionate falconer for almost 60 years. Dr. Riddle graduated ...from Oklahoma state university. A veterinarian by profession, he has been engaged in professional pursuits as diverse as primatology and cancer Research. His experience also includes field studies in Greenland, Alaska, and the Texas gulf coast on subjects to include peregrine falcon migration, banding, radio tagging and toxicology. For the past 24 years he has specialized in avian veterinary medicine and surgery as well as in falconry in the Middle East. His work involved participation in large falconry programs in Qatar and Abu Dhabi, united Arab Emirates, where he designed and directed specialty veterinary hospitals for hunting falcons. He is an active hunter and master falconer who in the past thrived on hunting ducks with falcons on thermal –enhanced "chimneys of air". More recently he has focused on conditioning captive-raised falcon, via fitness training, to excel in hunting through power flights from the fist on houbara bustard. إقرأ المزيد
