نبذة الناشر:The Book of Revenue deals with the system of public finance of the Islamic state. It faithfully records the law of finance at it grew and developed in the first two centureis. It covers all the sources of revenue: namely the spoils of war, kharaj lands, poll tax, and the ...zakat paid by Muslims on their wealth as well as on the produce of the land.
The book is one of the earliest authorities on the financial system of the Islamic state, It gathers in systematic way the principles of the law of finance and revenue, providing an insight into the system of social and distributive justice envisaged by Islam. As the area of taxation, finance and banking based on Islamic principles is assuming greater importance in the present times, the need for a translation of this book has increased.
