It finds that the UAE stands out as an attractive investment destination, combining high-quality business services, political stability, an attractive life style and tax havens for companies in all sectors, except oil and ...banking. Although the survey focuses on the UAE, the results provide insights relevant to FDI policies in other GCC oil-exporting countries with similar environments for FDI.
